It’s that fancy time of year again when fashion lovers romp freely in New York City.  My Style Editor Robin Fisher and I are on our way to New York as you read this (or maybe we are already there).  We plan on catching 3-4 shows for our upcoming anniversary issue of Eco-Beautiful Weddings Magazine. This is not to be confused with our Fall issue that comes out this week (hopefully this Friday)!  Always needing to be one step ahead of the game – we need to be in NYC this week and then we will go back again on October for Bridal Fashion Week!

I will say that I feel kinda swanky when I go to these fashion shows…but Robin will  tell you – I am not a fashion diva in any way shape or form.  I hate shopping and I love my flip flops the best!  The passion that I have for fashion is really just about educating the public about which designers – for both accessories and dresses – are doing their best to reduce the amount of waste that they create along with fair wage and trade practices.  There is long list!  Stay tuned for some upcoming articles this week on what Robin and I check out while we are in New York!  Some of it may be hush hush as we are looking at a brand new designer for the magazine as our Anniversary Issue is our top priority!
