Hats off to one of our favorite chefs in the DC area – Executive Chef Xavier DeShayes at the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, DC. It is not a secret that we love working with Chef Xavier – but now we are excited to hear of his newest initiative to keep the food at the Ronald Reagan Building green!
He recently signed a petition to conserve the Blue Fin Tuna and has removed tuna options from the menu to Salmon. With a venue as large as his and the number of events that he and his staff produce – we are excited about this initiative. We get to work alongside him this Saturday for Jordan & Jeremy’s wedding in the Atrium.
