Spoke to one of my favorite photographers (Kathy Blanchard) today as I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of photos from Margaret and Pat’s wedding in the fall at Rust Manor.  Margaret is Ameena’s sister and you may remember her wedding from last year.  If not – take a look at Ameena’s wedding by clicking here.

We used blankets to help keep the guests warm for the fall weather – although they only needed them later in the evening.  What was so wonderful about this is that all of the blankets got distributed to their families and the leftover blankets were donated to charity.

This photo (and the one above) I tweeted from my phone the day of the wedding and I think it got more comments and retweets than any other tweet I had ever tweeted.  Even though this was taken from my blackberry – you can still see how fun this wedding was.  We used grape and key lime sodas from Stewarts to match her color theme and then individually attached the escort card tags to the cute vintage paper straws.  The straws and tags were recycled afterwards as well as the bottles.

There are so many more details coming – hopefully by Christmas!  Well worth the wait!
